Trained in environmental engineering, I have spent my career on the shop floor and inside real businesses: first as a bank account manager visiting factories and corporate clients, then as a securities industry researcher studying how industries and companies make money, and later running an education consulting business that turned informal know-how into products and systems.
Because of this background, when I look at enterprise AI my first question is never "which model?" — it is "which process costs the most labor and errors, is it worth rebuilding, and who takes over when something goes wrong?"

Why I do enterprise AI consulting
I have seen too many companies buried in low-value repetition — quoting, reconciling, filling forms, double-checking — while the boss is too swamped to focus on customers and direction.
The real value of AI is not headcount stories or piles of tool accounts. It is rebuilding those processes, turning experience into knowledge bases and SOPs, and freeing people for judgment, relationships, and exceptions. That work needs someone who understands both the business floor and AI deployment — which is exactly what PeterAI does.
